Elite is a high-intensity, results-driven speed, agility and conditioning session designed for athletes aged 16+. This one-hour session focuses on enhancing athletic performance through a blend of power development, speed drills, agility exercises, coordination techniques, and athletic movement patterns. Each session is carefully structured to target key physical qualities essential for maximizing performance in any sport, ensuring athletes develop a well-rounded skill set.

Cancellation Policy
Payment and Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing NXT Performance, To ensure that we can continue offering the highest quality of service to all our clients, we have outlined the following payment, cancellation, and no-show policies. By booking a session, you agree to these terms: 1. Payment at Time of Booking: All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. You can pay securely online via our website. 2. Cancellation Policy: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled session will incur a 100% charge of the session price. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled session, a 100% charge of the session price will apply. We understand that emergencies can happen, but please be sure to notify us as soon as possible to avoid these charges. 4. Exceptional Circumstances: We are committed to working with our clients, so in the case of exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review your situation and may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis. 5. Session Expiration: Please note that prepaid sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the sessions may expire unless otherwise agreed upon. Thank you for understanding our policies.
